    • CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest and keep the tape measure horizontal.
    • BODY LENGHT: Measured from neck seam to the bottom of the T-shirt.
    • SLEEVE LENGHT: Measured from the shoulder seam to the end of the wrist.

    1. Cannot be claimed if the courier has signed the package as delivered.
    2. Cannot be claimed if the package was stolen in front your home without visually proof.
    3. Cannot be claimed if the orders delivery date falls outside the 9-day policy.
