How do I return?
1. Visit our returns center
2. Enter your order number and email address to get started
3. Follow the instructions and describe as clearly as possible which items and why you want to return them
4. Once your application has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
Which items can be returned?
Within 14 days from the purchase date
In unused and salable condition
In the original packaging with all tags intact
Which items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
Items that are not in the original packaging with all tags intact.
After 14 days from the date of purchase.
We understand you have to try the item on for size as you would in a store, but please do not wear the item for prolonged periods of time. If an item is returned to us damaged as a result of wear, has obviously been worn (eg smelling of aftershave) or in an unsaleable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we will send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).
All items are inspected on return.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
We're not responsible for any customs fees incurred as a result of returned items.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is defective, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date.
Can the items be exchanged?
If you have ordered the wrong size or color, you can submit a return. You can submit your return through our return center. (When you submit your return, we will ask you to cover the delivery costs).
What are the repayment options?
The following refund options are supported:
Exchange for a different size / color.
Refund via the original payment method.
Store credit / gift card.
How do I return the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, please refer to the email you will receive after submitting the return request.
You cannot submit a second return with the same order.
How soon will I get my money back?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request. Upon approval, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 business days of approval.
