* Orders are shipped free of charge for the following countries, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain and Sweden. Is your country not listed? Then you can also participate in free shipping at Fr3sh, namely with orders over 150, - you get free shipping!


Your order will be shipped within 3 business days if the order is placed before mid-week (Monday trough Wednesday) and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details. Delivery time is estimated from the time your order is placed. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. Fr3sh cannot be held responsible for any unexpected delays in delivery outside of Fr3sh's control. 

We're not responsible for any customs fees incurred as we cannot know the fees for every country.

  • Pre-order, items will be shipped on the estimated date stated on the product description page. These items will be shipped as soon as they are available.

 

How can I track my order status?

Once your item (s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered. You can also easily track your order via our site. Visit our track and trace panel.

Can I modify my shipping address?

If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please Contact Us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.

 
Please note, shipping and delivery information for orders purchased through PayPal may not be modified once the order has been submitted.

Can I claim shipping insurance?

 

If you opt for SHIPPING INSURANCE with your order, you are rightly entitled to a 100% payment guarantee against damage, loss or theft. Situations like the one below indicate when this right cannot be used for a refund. Read this carefully.

1. Cannot be claimed if the courier has signed the package as delivered.
2. Cannot be claimed if the package was stolen in front your home without visually proof.
3. Cannot be claimed if the orders delivery date falls outside the 9-day policy.
